Qualification : 

B.E / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech / MCA / MBA / MscIT or any relevant IT degree

Requirements :

Strong leadership and team management skills in IT projects and operations

Excellent knowledge of Web, Mobile, and Software Development technologies

Experience managing development teams, project planning, and delivery timelines

Strong understanding of PHP, WordPress, Magento, Mobile Applications, and modern web technologies

Ability to handle client communication, project analysis, and technical consultation

Experience with software architecture, server management, and system security

Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery

Professional attitude with focus on innovation, quality, and business growth

Responsibilities :

Lead and manage the technical development team

Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects and delivery processes

Coordinate with clients to understand business and technical requirements

Ensure project quality, scalability, security, and performance standards

Review code quality and guide developers with best practices

Manage project timelines, resources, and technical documentation

Research and implement modern technologies and development strategies

Troubleshoot technical challenges and provide effective solutions

Collaborate with management teams for business growth and technology planning

Maintain smooth workflow between design, development, and QA teams

Preferred Skills :

Experience managing WordPress, Magento, Mobile App, and Custom Web Projects

Knowledge of Cloud Hosting, Server Management, and DevOps practices

Familiarity with Git, Agile Methodology, and Project Management tools

Understanding of UI/UX workflows and digital transformation strategies

Ability to mentor junior developers and improve team productivity
